BDG has developed 16 interactive, facilitated programs to address these four areas. All of our Intellectual Capital Account (ICA) programs have been proven over the last 20 years to bring maximum results from minimal, short-term intervention. Many firms have used the programs repeatedly with both the same groups over time as well as expanding the opportunity to reach additional groups. We are also skilled in individualized coaching, as the needs dictate. We have worked in every part of an organization, with board members and with work team members.
