Our Unique Approach

The programs developed and used by BDG are based on our unique methodology trademarked as A²D⁴ (agree, analyze, design, develop, do & digest). The role of our staff in this process is to act as a guide, coach, mentor, and expert in the subject of change. The client organization does the work by employing teams of its own people throughout our programs. We are facilitators, not consultants. This is consistent with our belief that the answers lie within each of us.

The A²D⁴ Self Designing Organizational Approach is composed of six interlocking phases:

• AGREE on your endeavor
• ANALYZE your system/organization
• DESIGN the system/process
• DEVELOP the plan and ready the organization
• DO the work
• DIGEST the results

This unique process has developed well-tested programs to help leadership successfully navigate the chaos and uncertainty that often exists in troubled times. We are confident our programs will help leadership and employees gain new confidence and perceived control of their work environment. The result is cohesion among executives, staff, and community in preparing for and managing change. Our goal is to develop self sustaining systems that the client can use to keep themselves in balance. These systems and processes are self-managed and help ensure alignment, growth and progress.
