14 — Compliance and Accountability Management

It is a six-month project – three months to tailor to the client's needs, three months to implement on site – to help a firm develop new systems and process within the existing work culture.

This comprehensive tool assesses effectiveness, records required remedial and mitigating actions, monitors progress and tracks completion, and assures compliance by those who are accountable for governance and management of organizational performance.
