8 — Team Learning Lab

Based on Peter Senge's 5th Discipline, this 2-day Team Learning Lab creates "high performance teams" using the MRCC Team Learning™ process. This workshop, created in 1995 and refined in 2004, has been presented in the US and globally for profit, not-for-profit, and governmental organizations.

The teams, facilitated by a Learning Coach, explore communication styles, systems theory, and aspirations enroute to developing action plans for accomplishing ambitious goals with time frames and milestone dates.
