7 — Organizational Rebalancing

First developed in 1993 for the staff of an international professional society to respond effectively to the changing work demands of a rapidly growing organization this course has subsequently been used by entrepreneurial companies responding to accelerating growth.

This course is a three day workshop, often done in a retreat setting, to help leadership set strategic direction and staff to effectively re-balance the workload within the organization by focusing on employee strengths and developmental needs. Its goal is to help leadership understand the natural evolution of the organization. The design requires employees to fulfill their working needs while at the same time creating growth and profitability for the organization.

The emphasis is on practical results that can be implemented to support growth.
