5 — Small Project Management

First developed for a business unit of a major insurance company to implement project management techniques based on industry best practices, this course has been subsequently used by over 150 companies and organizations.

The workshop has been taught at national and international events.

It may be tailored to 4, 8, 12, or 16 hours depending on client requirements. Participants define project management, review best practices, the skills and roles of a project manager, and the importance of leadership to develop a practical, simplified project plan for initiating, controlling, and closing projects.
