3 — Executive CoachingThe coaching program was initially developed for working with leaders of one of the major auto manufactures. The goal was to increase knowledge, skills, attitude, and behaviors in order to develop a collaborative management style. Subsequently, BDG has used it during the last 20 years to coach over 250 executives - at large and small businesses, universities, government, and not-for-profit organizations. Effective coaching usually requires 10 to 30 sessions depending on specific needs. It results in stronger leadership skills and improved leadership performance while also allowing a sounding board for participants to explore aspects of leadership styles. Coaching can be critical in helping upper management develop the talents of future leaders. |
