1 — Transformational Leadership

Initially developed as a workshop for a group of wealthy, entrepreneurial business leaders who wanted to get more out of life, subsequent applications have lead to corporations (in the US and globally) using the tool for team building.

The workshop (which may be tailored to 8, 12 or 16 hours depending on the direct application) emphasizes complementary skills, strengths, and leadership abilities while minimizing the influence of personality styles. The workshop relies on self examination techniques, small group interaction, mutual reflection and feedback. It allows an executive to identify the leadership strengths and work contributions of each team member, to evaluate organizational environments, and to analyze critical team performance factors.

The result is effective, motivated teams which are focused on customer needs.
